Reply:I like Tiffany's answer above, but also add why you are applying at Michael's...there are other craft %26amp; hobby stores. You chose Michaels because you shop there frequently, and from what you know about the company, they seem like a great place to work. For example: (here is where you tell them soemthing impressive about the company you learned from the website)
